                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM GLORIA POGUE, RELATIVE
                   TO CONTRACT NO. 72, HIXSON COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 282, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,885.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Gloria Pogue, relative to
       Contract No. 72, Hixson Collection System, Tract No. 282, for a
       consideration of $1,885.00.
